Introduction
TheEventsPros.com were appointed as the event delivery partner for the BICS Annual Conference, hosted over two days at the iconic Titanic Belfast. Bringing together professionals, leaders, and innovators from across the sector, the conference required a seamless blend of logistics, production, and attendee experience.
Our role covered full-service delivery, including onsite operations, technical management, stage coordination, speaker support, delegate flow, exhibitor management, and venue liaison. The objective was simple: ensure BICS could focus on their content and community while we handled everything else.
Our Approach
Working closely with the BICS leadership team, we built a detailed operational plan tailored to the venue’s unique layout and the event’s ambitious agenda. Our onsite team ran the live environment end-to-end, coordinating transitions, managing the programme timing, supporting keynote speakers, and ensuring sponsors and exhibitors were well-looked after.
Across both days, our focus was on precision execution, maintaining a calm and structured atmosphere behind the scenes so that the attendee experience remained smooth, professional, and engaging.
